Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, a replacement will be dispatched. Please note that damaged products must be returned in their original packaging, if possible. To qualify for a refund in case of damaged or faulty products, you need to send the product to Phonecasemaker.com at your own expense. Once we receive your item/product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The product should be unused and in the same package that you received the product, otherwise, the refund will be rejected. The use of a product or physical defects caused by the customer will not be refunded or replaced by Phonecasemaker.com
No returns are accepted once the product has been replaced or exchanged from our end. Returns, replacements, and refunds are not applicable to products purchased during sales, as sale products are final sale only.
For prepaid orders, we offer a refund of your paid amount. For COD orders, we deduct 10% as handling expenses. Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement, depending on your bank.
